Jatinder Marwah
A distinguished entrepreneur with more than 40 years of technical and entrepreneurial experience in establishing, running and managing engineering units manufacturing parts and assemblies for several Indian and International OEMs in India. He has set up multiple engineering units and overseen complete development from site selection to purchase of machinery and equipment for these units. He has in depth knowledge of all metalworking techniques and a proven track record in successful and effective management for many years.
Acting as the Chairman of Shoolin Systems, he has established the company to provide much needed security to private individuals both in India and abroad. An established and experienced entrepreneur, he is instrumental in getting together a dynamic team and ensuring that best standards are maintained in all aspects of the company from production to delivery and service.
He has hands-on on knowledge of engineering operations such as stampings, welding, SMAW, roll forming, machining, robotic welding cells, fixturing, tool manufacturing etc. and has an established track record of techno-commercial management of engineering units for more than 40 years, as he was directly managing about 600 personnel spread over 3 locations.

Rahul Marwah
A 45 year old entrepreneur with a background in international business and belonging to an established business family in India that had engineering units that were manufacturing parts and assemblies for automotive and project equipment industries.
Rahul has done his BBA in International Business from Queensland University of Technology, Brisbane, Australia and MBA in Management from SP Jain Institute of Management and Research, Mumbai, India. Also, he is a hobby pilot having a PPL from Flight Training Australia based at Archerfield airport, Brisbane.
After completing his education in 2000, he has been involved in managing and running his family business of manufacturing sheet metal automotive parts supplying directly to Maruti Suzuki. He was instrumental in expanding the business and developing new customers such as TATA Motors and JCB. Also, he expanded the group’s operations to include turnkey projects sector by procuring and successfully supplying large welded assemblies to customers such as SMS SIEMAG, involved in supplying turnkey steel mills globally.
In all, the group was manufacturing and supplying more than 300 parts and assemblies for the automotive and projects sector and was responsible for indigenization and local development of about 220 parts for the automotive sector. He has been instrumental in getting the technical knowledge about the products of Shoolin Systems and is directly responsible for all collaborations for development and technology. As such, he is the qualifying auditor and responsible for authorizing FCOK for all dispatches from Shoolin to its customers.

A 45 year old certified and practicing Chartered Accountant, Rahul has been involved with evaluating and auditing both green-field projects and running companies for 20 years. He brings excellent financial management skills to SSCG, along with his knowledge of international trade and customs requirements.
After doing his BSc (Bachelor of Science) in 1995 from University of Allahabad, he qualified as a CPA from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in the year 2000. Subsequently, in 2010, he has done a post qualification course of Masters in Business Finance from ICAI, in the year 2010.
After becoming a CPA in 2000, he started his own practice and did Balance Sheet Analysis, financial modelling and arrangement of working capital and project finance for several companies. He has extensive experience in balance sheet valuations and projections and deep knowledge of meeting statutory compliances and commercial laws including company law, service tax and income tax. He has done statutory audits of several limited companies and public sector banks and is an empanelled statutory auditor for concurrent statutory audits of several large PSU banks such as Canara Bank, Bank of India and PNB among others.

Amitoj Singh
Amitoj is a 34 year old graduate engineer who has completed his Bachelor of Technology (Mechanical) in the year 2010. Subsequently, he has learnt Thermal Designing and is a certified designer in HTRI software.
Amitoj is well versed in complete operations and production of structural fabrication and system integration of modules and has experience of over a decade in production and operations management. He oversees a team of competent workers, supervisors and managers to ensure adherence to specifications at all stages of production.
After his graduation in 2010, Amitoj started working with Dee Development Ltd as a section manager and managed the complete production activities on the shop floor. Thereafter, he did a short stint with JBM group before deciding to pursue designing. Subsequently, he learnt Thermal Designing and has since himself designed, manufactured and supplied several pressure equipment that are used in different industries from his own venture, AAB Heat Exchangers Pvt Ltd which is still ongoing.
He is one of the key persons in Shoolin Systems who is responsible for ensuring proper pressurization and air flow inside the structures. He has designed and developed heat exchangers, pressure vessels, ladels and gas storage tanks for use in various industries throughout India.
Amitoj Singh
