We have Three models that are readily available, of standard sizes and with standard features.
However, we can provide custom made Safe Rooms based on your requirements of size, features and luxury furnishings, equipment and security.

BOLT
This is our most basic type of safe room and provides immediate protection by isolation of the residents from any intruders for up to 5 hours.
The BOLT has UL752 Level 1 bullet resistance capability door and is made from thick steel plates and channels.
The door is high grade steel with heavy duty mechanical bolts and provides 3 point locking security.
High air vents are placed with fan on the incoming vent for drawing fresh air and an outflow vent that acts as exhaust for exhaled and stale air
Internal lighting and electrical outlet is provided and will operate after connection to your home grid.
The BOLT is painted from inside and outside and is fireproof and waterproof for full protection

CAVE
The Cave enables the residents to stay in a secured environment for up to 5 days.
It is bigger in size so it has more space for storage of food and water and it can accommodate a bunk bed and a small sofa bed inside.
The Cave comes with a WC that can be connected to the homes plumbing system to start functioning and has high low vents for proper air circulation with fan in the higher incoming vent to pull in fresh air
The Cave comes with one decoy and one real camera with monitor to see the outside view. Doors are UL 752 Level 2 bullet resistance capable with a 5 point locking system and the structure is thick steel sheets and channel fabrication.
There are 4 internal lights with 3 electrical outlets for phone charging & appliances. The room is fireproof & waterproof and painted both inside & outside.

FORT
Our largest pre-fabricated, steel Safe Rooms that can sustain up to 6 people in emergency situations for up to 15 days continuously, equipped with high-low intake & exhaust vents.
These come with a bathroom, complete with one shower, one WC and one basin connected to on-grid water supply.
The Fort also comes equipped with a sink and RO system that can provide running drinking water continuously after connecting with on-grid water supply. Sufficient storage space is available to store emergency food provisions and electric cooking appliances. 5 internal lights and 4 electrical outlets are provided in this model.
The doors are UL 752 Level 3 bullet resistant with electronic locking mechanism. A complete security surveillance system with 4 cameras & DVR, external alarm and monitoring view-screen is provided along with one dummy camera.
